We are seeking an experienced Desktop Performance Engineer to join our team in Austin, Texas. This role requires a highly skilled professional with 8+ years of experience in desktop support engineering, particularly in large-scale enterprise environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing thousands of desktops and supporting a significant Windows 11 migration project. Experience with Citrix technologies is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Desktop Support Engineering expertise within an enterprise environment, managing thousands of desktops efficiently.
- Lead and support the migration to Windows 11, ensuring smooth deployment across all systems.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain desktop performance to ensure seamless user experience.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Desktop Support Engineering, specifically in managing large-scale desktop environments.
- Proven experience with Windows 11 migration projects.
